Unfriendly technology creating useability and functionality problems
Working on a site during Web Care, sometimes it becomes apparent that the amount of work in fixing something is more than just building it again.
In this instance, some of the software in the base of the site had stopped working well together, meaning we could either update the software and break the site, or leave the software outdated and invite security problems.
We rebuilt the site into a more friendly software package, as well as adding some scalability features that will make future work much easier to do.
